Order Processing Time

Most orders will ship within 7 business days, unless otherwise stated on our product page. Please refer to product descriptions for an estimated order processing time. Occasionally, orders may take longer to process, however we will notify you should there be a delay.


Some of our products are shipped directly from our supplier, therefor, you may receive your orders in multiple shipments to expedite delivery of your order. 

Please note:  Processing time varies for custom cards, stationery, invitations, announcements, stickers and labels. 

Shipping
Shipping charges are determined by the total value of your order. Standard shipping charges apply in the continental United States. Rush delivery is available at an additional charge, please contact us to discuss special arrangements if you need to have your order rushed. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box address.

At this time, we do not ship orders outside of the United States

Shipment of Chocolate Products
We highly recommend shipping to an address where someone will be able to receive the package when it is delivered. We suggest shipping to a work place or arranging for someone to be home on the date you expect your delivery. Chocolate left outside your home all day may be damaged by weather that is too hot, cold, rainy or humid.

If the recipient is not at home to receive package, our carrier will leave the package without a signature required. You may request Signature Service by calling Customer Service and requesting it. Our carrier will leave packages at the courier's discretion. If it is safe to leave a package will do so, however, we are NOT responsible for packages left without a signature. Please ensure that recipient is home to receive the package OR have it shipped to a place of business where someone may sign for it. Commercial deliveries require an adult signature.

We ship ALL chocolate products with Gel Ice Packs between May and October regardless of the destination.   We use medical-grade 12oz Gel Ice Packs. Ice Packs last  24-36 hours.  We do NOT guarantee Ground Shipments of Chocolate Products between May and October regardless of destination. Southern CA residents may choose Ground Shipping, however we are not responsible for any delays and subsequent melting that may occur for Ground Shipments. Only Premium Air Service is guaranteed by our carrier to arrive to you within the commitment time. 

Please note that if your destination is over 75 Degrees Fahrenheit, we strongly advise that you select an appropriate shipping method (Overnight $29.99 or 2-Day Air* $20.00) to ensure proper delivery of your chocolate product, shipping charges subject to change.

EXTREMELY HOT STATES: We do guarantee our products against melting ONLY when shipped via Priority Overnight Shipping.

Also, we cannot be responsible for heat damage if you choose an inappropriate shipping method of a chocolate product and it ships via the method you selected.

IMPORTANT: Our carrier assesses a $10.00 fee for each incorrect or incomplete address. We reserve the right to bill you for this correction fee, so please make sure the information you provide us with is correct and up-to-date!

Shipping Rates
Most of our items will ship within 3-10 business days.  Certain personalized, or custom products may take a slightly longer time.  Shipping time does not include processing time.  To expedite processing your order, you can apply a $15.00 Rush Option.  If you're concerned about receiving your order in time for your event, please contact us for alternate shipping options.  

Sales Tax
Sales tax is only applied to orders made from or shipped to the state of California, at the rate of 8.25%

Payment Methods
At this time, My MiMi Pie only accepts payments via Paypal.

Return Policy
Most return policies can be found on the individual product or category page.

Returns must be made 10 days after you receive your order.  We can not accept returns on opened or personalized items .  You will receive a replacement or a full refund for returned items not including the cost of shipping.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Items that are broken or damaged in the return shipment cannot be refunded.

We can not accept returns for personalized items.  Before submitting your order, please verify that all information is correct and is exactly the way you'd like it to appear on your item including capitalization.  If the item is defective or if there's an error on the personalized item, we will replace the item at no cost to you. 

If a refund is approved, it will be processed via Paypal.

For returns, please contact My MiMi Pie via email or phone at (925) 522-2039.  We can not accept returns unless first given approval before shipping return.

Canceling or Changing your order
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us right away. Once we begin processing your order it cannot be canceled or changed.
