I see a design that I like for an invitation/announcement but would like a different color, style, or customize it for a different occasion can you change it?

A. Yes, we can customize almost any stationery to fit your occasion. Depending on the complexity of the request, we offer this service free of charge.   However, a custom design fee of $35.00 will be charged for all custom orders.  Custom orders include, consultation, three samples and 3 revisions.

Do you offer custom designs?

A. Yes, for a small fee.  Custom orders are our specialties!  We at My MiMi Pie understand you may have a particular design or style in mind, and we look forward to customizing your idea to create something especially for you.

Can I order samples of invitations?

A. Of course! You can order samples for a small fee. There's a $15 charge which will be credited to your final order. With most orders,you receive a free sample via e-mail for your approval before printing.

Can you print my return and/or address the envelopes?

A.  Yes, for a small fee we can print your return address and/or your guests addresses on the envelopes. 

Is there a deposit fee for any item?

A. The deposits are as follows:

• Greeting Cards, Announcements and Invitations – There is no deposit. You must purchase in full via PayPal.
• Custom Orders – To start the process of a custom design, half the total is due, which is non-refundable. Once the design is complete, the balance is due before shipment.

How long will it take to receive my custom order?

A. The time line is as follows:

• Custom Labels - Most custom labels can be shipped within a week of purchase. If a custom design is required, after the final consultation, the product may be shipped within two weeks.
• Custom Invitations - Once we've completed our consultations and you've decided on a design, the process for custom cards can take anywhere from one to two weeks depending on in-stock supplies, the quantity of your order, and the detail of the design. There's a $30 fee for all rush orders.
• Greeting Cards - Most greeting cards can be shipped within a week or sooner. If a custom design is required, the greeting cards may be shipped within two weeks.
